When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch orders every Monday and Friday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If your order includes a tracking number, you can use it to track your package.

What is the jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality stainless steel with 18k gold plating. It is non-tarnish, water-resistant, and hypoallergenic, making it durable and safe for everyday wear.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you realize that you entered the wrong address. If your order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to update it. However, if it has already been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

Will I have to pay customs fees?
Ammani is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Please check your country’s regulations regarding imports from Canada before placing an order.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the delivery date to return it. The following conditions apply:
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• The jewelry must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Please note: Earrings are final sale due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged. Make sure to choose the right style before purchasing.
